Indien u GLS Netherlands wenst te machtigen haar facturen automatisch van uw bankrekening te incasseren dan kunt u onderstaand formulier downloaden, afdrukken en volledig ingevuld en ondertekend voor akkoord per post retourneren aan:

U kunt het formulier ook volledig ingevuld en ondertekend voor akkoord retour sturen per fax, op faxnummer 030–2417903 ter attentie van de afdeling Central Credit Control of gescand per e-mail naar ccc@gls-netherlands.com.

U ontvangt van GLS Netherlands een bevestiging op het door u ingevulde e-mailadres nadat wij uw machtiging voor automatische incasso verwerkt hebben. Tot dat moment blijft u zelf verantwoordelijk voor tijdige betaling.
